Someone wants to send me bitcoin to pay me, no problem per se. But I have never used it.

I created an account, he sent the money, but it didn't arrive. Now he tells me that it's because I have never traded with a forex broker account before and that I first have to "activate" my account. I supposedly just have to put some money in my wallet for the funds to reflect?
(Don't even know what that means tbh. Why does a wallet need to be activated?)

He says I need a minimum of 0.0052 BTC on my wallet for it to be unlocked and linking up fee of the wallet to the forex cloud company.

What I'm trying to understand is what can go wrong? Because how I see it I'm just putting money into my wallet, if his money arrives all good, but what can go wrong? If not do I not just have money in my wallet? Could it be that he sends me negative bitcoin and makes my wallet go negative?

I am literally new to this, any help could be appreciated 🙂
