Hi guys, I have a noob question. Let's say all governments ban Bitcoin mining, because of whatever reason. Does this mean that only large scale miners would close shop, mining difficulty would reduce, and not so powerful laptops will be able to mine like the old days? Making banning mining/pow a useless decision/pursuit and waste of time? It seems literally impossible to stop POW.
