So my dad keeps borrowing money from me (16y/o male) and he just reached 2k debt to me. He hasnt repaid anything in the last 6 months and keeps borrowing more for pretty unimportant projects he has in mind. I had some BTC back then that he never touched because he just couldnt use it. While yall have btc to save your money from inflation, I have btc to save my money from my dad lmao. Dont worry, we are on good terms with eachother. I only have like 300 USD in BTC but I thought this is a funny story to share.

I literally wanted to post this because it seemed funny to me that Bitcoin is a solution even in my situation but because of everyone’s advice I finally realized that this is NOT okay and that I have to talk to my dad. I don’t know how much more money I would have thrown out of the window for his "projects" if it wasn’t for this post. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys. You all really helped me
