Is anyone seeing the obvious problem that 80% of bitcoin is already out there in the hands of around 100,000 people? How are we going to make it fair for the rest of the 7 billion people out there?

EDIT: In other words how the hell is Bitcoin supposed to push in to a World Currency with 99% of world population not owning one? are the 1% going to force the 99% to go down in wealth and buy satoshis? Is a random dude with 1,000 Bitcoin going to try to convince Netherlands that replacing their fiat wealth to approx 1,500 Bitcoin is good for them?
