With segwit signatures are already outside the 1MB block, they do have a size limit too, but they do not compete for the 1 MB for the transaction, and even if every transaction was to use segwit, we run out of space on the 1 MB block before the witness part run out of space.

So Schnorr signatures save space from signatures, which will make the blockchain more efficient (which is very good!), but it will not allow more transactions to fit on a block, right? Am I missing something?
