I needed to have $800 cash quickly for something. It’s Sunday so I couldn’t go to a bank. I googled nearby ATMs, found one and tried to withdraw. One of my cards had just expired, one had reached the monthly limit, one of them I couldn’t get to work because I got it recently and did the setup but it hasn’t worked yet. Then I remembered the BTC ATM I saw on google maps earlier. ATM gives me a wallet address, punch that into my phone, send BTC, get $800 cash. No cards or account management needed. Thanks BTC.

Side note fuck NDAX’s shitty app in terms of its UX for sending BTC to an address. I work in tech and it took me 15m of tinkering to figure out how to send before the ATM expired the transaction. I had to type the wallet address manually because NDAX doesnt seem to let you scan a QR code for a wallet address.
