I'm building a custodial lightning wallet – https://test.pouch.ph/ – this is the testnet version; the mainnet version isn't live yet. I have a vision of doing for the Philippines what Strike is doing for El Salvador. If anyone wants to help me test it out for bugs, I'd appreciate it a ton! I built it as a sort of layer-3 solution — it makes transactions to/from lightning nodes over lightning, but internal payments are settled in the local custodial database, rather than having a node pay itself. I'm not sure if this is the ideal way; still figuring it out, but the future looks bright!
